ABOUT US
Nicola has worked in the health and social care sectors for 23 years. During this time she has worked for the voluntary, private and public sector.
In 2014 she graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy (OT).
For the last five years Nicola has been working for one of the largest NHS Trust in the uk in an award winning team working in nursing homes where she specialises in elderly rehabilitation.
Nicola is one of the founding Directors of Independent Futures and has responsibility for clinical services, has two children, Alistair and Louise, and a dog called Otti
Bill has worked in the public sector as a senior manager for over 20 years. This has included time work in organisational transformation, creating one of the largest local authority companies in the UK.
Bill has worked with organisations like adult social care, charities, and housing associations delivering complex adaptions to properties to enable people to live independently or in supported living.
Bill is a trustee of a community housing trust and a chairman of the local sports and social club.
Bill is one of the founding Directors of Independent Futures and has responsibility for business development and property.
