INDEPENDENT FUTURES

I have worked with professional carers for many years, both in private houses and in care and nursing homes.  In either setting time is precious and it is often difficult for carers to provide the care that is required for many reasons:  the person they are caring for may have a condition or background making communication difficult, there may be time restrictions or resources or limited training.

 

Through 1:1 or small group coaching sessions, I can help you get the most of your role and ensure that you and the person/s you care for are more enriched by the time you have together.

 

Sessions can take place either via video conference or in person (within Oxfordshire).
